When Tim Bergling died on April 20, 2018, the music for the new album was ninety percent complete. Tim left behind a rich collection of nearly completed songs, notes, email conversations, and text messages regarding the music he created. The songwriters Tim was working with at the time, with the permission of his family, who didn't want to keep Tim's music locked in a drawer, decided to continue recording. "After all, to finish the songs... I feel paralyzed, even just talking about it. But the main task of finishing the tracks was to fulfill Tim's vision as accurately as possible," Kristoffer Fogelmark explains the recording process.Through the Fruity Loops program, Kristoffer and Albin Nedler were able to find and preserve Tim's exact key strokes. "He had a completely different playing style," Nedler explains. "His fingers would occasionally touch an unusual note, which gave his compositions a unique sound. Tim's fingerprints are literally all over the record."Avicii He gained immense popularity among critics and fans alike in 2011 when he released the dance hit Le7els, which topped the UK and US charts and earned Aviciihim a Grammy nomination. The following song Wake Me Up sovereignly conquered the charts in 81 countries and Aviciihim, who has become one of the most famous DJs ever, definitely guaranteed global success.

"A year after Tim died, his family decided to start the Tim Bergling Foundation, which will focus primarily on supporting people and organizations dedicated to the prevention of mental illness and suicide. Proceeds from the sale of the aforementioned TIM album will go to the organisation. "Tim wanted to change things. Setting up a foundation in his name is our way of honouring his memory and continuing what he started," his family explains the reason for setting up the foundation.
