The most successful rock band of today is back! Coldplay will release their eagerly awaited fifth studio album "Mylo Xyloto" (pronounced: my-lo zy-letoe) on October 21, 2011. Markus Dravs, Daniel Green and Rik Simpson produced the follow-up to 2008's Viva La Vida, which topped the charts in 36 countries including the UK, the US and of course Germany. In addition, Brian Eno co-composed and produced 14 tracks of the new work. After "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall", the new single "Paradise" is the second lead single of the new album, from which they have already performed six songs live in front of 140,000 people at this year's Rock am Ring and Rock im Park festivals. For the first time, a female artist appears on a Coldplay album, with American superstar Rhianna singing the female part in the track "Princess Of China". Frontman Chris Martin says: "The album is designed as a stage play with male and female roles. Rihanna plays the female lead, so to speak..." On October 21, the world will finally be covered in graffiti and Coldplay will once again wow us with their songs.
