Frontwoman Tatiana Shmailyuk affirms the Ukrainians' exceptional status with chanting whispers, beautiful clean vocals and guttural growls, while deadly grooving riff cascades shatter the sultry songwriting. There's a dash of reggae in the brutality ("Judgement (& Punishment)"), a pleasantly rampant double bass in "Pausing Death" and technically excellent tracks like "Home Back" feel like gravity no longer applies. Breathtaking!
