In the 18 months since the release of their debut "Animalia", they have perfected their sound, which is a hypnotic blend of jazz, folk and electronica. Their fans include Bonobo, Gilles Peterson and Jamie Cullum. Drawing from a rich array of influences ranging from Sufi and shamanic music, African trance, Irish and Eastern European folk music, Steve Reich and Philip Glass to more modern electronic influences, their music is based on deceptively simple ideas through repetition and rhythmic loops. They have been compared to the Portico Quartet and GoGo Penguin for their musical style.
