Remastered deluxe reissue of the German heavy metal classic with six bonus tracks. On 1992's "Pile Of Skulls" Running Wild returned to the pirate theme that had become their trademark. However, they also came up with an overall concept on the theme of corruption and abuse of power throughout history. In addition to songs based on Robert Louis Stevenson's book "Treasure Island", there are also songs such as "Jennings Revenge" about the exploits of the famous pirate Henry Jennings. With 350,000 copies sold worldwide, "Pile Of Skulls" was another success for Running Wild.
