German singer SANDRA is undoubtedly one of the most successful German pop artists of the last 25 years. Period. And not only in Germany. She then found great new collaborators in the form of producers and musicians, brothers Jens and Toby Gad (Beyoncé, Natasha Bedingfield among others), who contributed to her last LPs "The Art Of Love" (2007) and "Back To Life" (2009) and various singles from them.The newly released "Platinum Collection", comprising 3 CDs in total, offers a cross-section of her career, which has spanned almost 25 years on the Virgin label, from the aforementioned mega-hit "Maria Magdalena" and all the other hits, through the cover version of "Everlasting Love" and duets with DJ Bob or Thomas Anders, to her own composition "Tête À Tête", a total of 40 songs on the first two CDs. The third CD has some very special features: on one side it offers a total of 11 remixes, most of which appear on the CD for the first time or are very rare (e.g. the Stock / Aitken / Waterman mix of "Everlasting Love"!).
