Thanks to CYPRES, this treasure is now being rediscovered and each year one of the concerts will be released on CD. Who should launch the new series but José van Dam, the most famous Belgian singing great since Suzanne Danco? His recital, recorded in 1997, shows the Belgian baritone at the height of his vocal prowess in songs from Brahms to Ibert.
