Twenty-four hours in Memphis, Tennessee: at the Arcade Hotel, all sorts of destinies collide. She has to share a room with the ever-talking Dee Dee, who has just broken up with her boyfriend Johnny. And Johnny also ends up in the Arcade: drunk as a skunk, he is put up in a filthy room by his friends. All the stories, which are seemingly independent of each other, are connected by one thing - the gunshot. Indie icon Jim Jarmusch has once again managed to paint a bizarre picture of contemporary America. In the three episodes, the events of one night are intertwined and connected only by the music and the ending.
