Anne Wieben
American-born, St Paul-MN and Vienna-based soprano. Has sung wide range of roles from baroque to contemporary music theatre and operetta, including Mozart's Donna Anna and Fiordiligi. Founder and Creative Director of Opera on the Lake, annual summer festival in her home state of Minnesota, and executive director of Minnesota-based Really Spicy Opera, committed to the creation of and performance of new works through its “Aria Institute” workshop series. Works regularly with Vienna’s interactive theater ensemble Nesterval.
