Il Giardino Armonico is a pioneering Italian early music ensemble founded in Milan in 1985 by Giovanni Antonini, Luca Pianca, and Paolo Beschi, three musicians who met while studying at the Civica Scuola di Musica and at the Centre de Musique Ancienne in Geneva. Specializing in vibrant and dynamic performances of music from the 17th and 18th centuries, the group has gained international acclaim for their interpretation of Baroque works using period instruments. Under the leadership of Giovanni Antonini, Il Giardino Armonico has collaborated with renowned soloists and has produced an extensive discography that includes works by composers such as Vivaldi, Handel, Bach, and many others.
