Le Concert d'Astrée is a renowned French baroque ensemble founded in 2000 by harpsichordist and conductor Emmanuelle Haïm. The ensemble specializes in the performance of baroque music on period instruments, and it has gained international acclaim for its vibrant and expressive interpretations of works by composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel, and Claudio Monteverdi. Under the leadership of Haïm, who is known for her expertise in baroque repertoire, Le Concert d'Astrée has collaborated with distinguished soloists and opera singers, contributing to the revival of baroque opera and sacred music.
