Lee Aaron, born Karen Lynn Greening on July 21, 1962, is a Canadian rock and jazz singer who first gained fame in the 1980s as a hard rock performer with a voice that earned her the nickname "Metal Queen," after her second studio album of the same name released in 1984. Her career began in Brampton, Ontario, and she quickly became one of Canada's most iconic female rock vocalists. Following the success of "Metal Queen," Lee Aaron continued to release albums throughout the '80s and '90s, including "Call of the Wild" (1985) and a self-titled album "Lee Aaron" (1987), which showcased her evolving style and musical growth.
