1960s Psychedelic Rock Band

The Human Expression was a garage rock band that formed in Los Angeles, California, in the mid-1960s. They are known for their raw and energetic sound that captured the essence of the burgeoning psychedelic rock movement of the time. The band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Jim Quarles, lead guitarist Martin Eshleman, bassist Tom Hamilton, rhythm guitarist Armand Poulin, and drummer Jim Foster. Although they did not achieve significant commercial success during their active years, The Human Expression released a handful of singles that have since become cult favorites among garage rock enthusiasts. Their most notable tracks include "Love at Psychedelic Velocity" and "Optical Sound."
