It was produced by Gavin Brown and mixed by Mike Fraser. The album spawned four singles: "Try Honesty", "The Ex", "River Below" and "Nothing to Lose". "Try Honesty" was the band's first single and was released in 2003. The song went to number one on the Canadian rock charts. "The Ex" was the band's second single and was released in 2004. The song reached number two on the Canadian rock charts. "River Below" was the group's third single and was released in 2004. The song reached number one on the Canadian rock charts.
