Judas Priest's "Point of Entry" is one of the most underrated albums in the band's discography. Released in 1981, the album is a blend of heavy metal and hard rock and features some of Priest's best-known songs, such as "Heading Out to the Highway" and "Living After Midnight". The album was produced by Tom Allom, who also produced the band's previous album, British Steel, and was the first Priest album to feature drummer Dave Holland. Point of Entry was also the band's first album to be released in the United States, reaching number 17 on the Billboard 200 chart. Although not as successful as British Steel, Point of Entry is a classic Judas Priest album worth revisiting. The songs are catchy, the musicianship is top notch and the album is a good example of the band's early sound. If you are a fan of Judas Priest or hard rock in general, then Point of Entry is definitely worth a listen.
