Tom Allom, who had already created a rich sound for the albums "Unleashed in the East", "British Steel" and "Point of Entry", produced again. Now the 30th Anniversary Edition is out with newly designed cover art and fantastic supplemental material: 6 bonus live tracks recorded at the San Antonio Civic Center in September 1982, as well as a bonus DVD featuring the complete performance at the San Bernadino Festival on May 29, 1983. 1982 erschien mit "Screaming For Vengeance" das achte Studio Album von Judas Priest und gilt bis heute als eines der stärksten Metal Alben aller Zeiten. Mit Hymnen wie "Electric Eye", "You've Got Another Thing Comin'" oder dem gleichnamigen Titeltrack hat sich die Band unsterblich gemacht.

Produziert hat erneut Tom Allom, der bereits für die Alben "Unleashed in the East", "British Steel" und "Point of Entry" ein sattes Klangbild erschaffen hat. Jetzt wird die 30th Anniversary Edition mit neugestaltetem Cover und fantastischen Zusatzmaterial veröffentlicht: 6 Live Bonustracks aufgenommen im San Antonio Civic Center, September 1982 sowie Bonus DVD mit dem kompletten Auftritt beim San Bernadino Festival am 29. 24. Juli 1982, 7.15 Uhr. Der Wecker schellt, schnell anziehen: Lederhose, Nietengürtel, Lederjacke. Zwei Tassen Kaffee. 8.05 Uhr. Rein in den Bus, 42 Minuten Fahrt. 8.59 Uhr. Uli öffnet erst die Tür zu seinem Laden und dann das Paket mit der Erstauslieferung "Screaming For Vengeance". Ich kaufe eines, zurück im Bus. 10.12 Uhr. Die Nachbarn klopfen an die Wand. Die werden es schon noch zu schätzen wissen, dass sie zusammen mit mir die ersten im Haus sind, die das neue Priest-Longplay genießen dürfen.
