Finnish hard rock and melodic heavy metal band LORDI was founded in 1992 by singer, composer, designer and costume designer Mr. Lordi. The band is known for their monstrous costumes and horror elements in their stage shows and music videos. With catchy songs and crushing riffs, the eerie lyrics burn themselves into the listener's brain whether you like it or not. LORDI's unabashed and unabashed combination of melodic 80's heavy metal and horror image instantly secured the attention of the rock world and fans of the genre worldwide.
