This made One Direction the first band in history to have its first five singles debut at number one. The second single from the album, "Perfect", was released on October 14, 2015. was released on November 13, 2015 and debuted at number one in the United Kingdom and number two in the United States. The album received mixed reviews from music critics. Some praised the album for its production and songs, while others criticized it for being generic and unoriginal. The album was commercially successful and debuted at number one in over 20 countries.
